Who are they?
In the context of a weak housing market, MKC worked with closely with government and philanthropic partners to develop a comprehensive strategy to sell homes in which the City of Chicago has an investment.  The result was Find Your Place in Chicago, a campaign that combines multi-layered publicity and outreach with an incentives program for homebuyers.  

What we do for them
MKC is responsible for reaching residents across the income spectrum through advertising, direct marketing and community outreach.  This intensive campaign led to the sale of 75 homes in 16 weeks in the fall of 2008.
